Olalekan Ogunbanwo's experience is concentrated in Broadcasting, Management & Media Consultancy. He spent 35 years in the Lagos State Public service working at various times in the old Lagos State Broadcasting Corporation on both the Radio and Television arms.
In July 1997, 17 years into his career, he was appointed General Manager of the Lagos State Radio Service following the split of the defunct LSBC. Lekan spear-headed the monumental change recorded in reviving the station from its comatose state.
He created the blueprint for the successful running of the station and ensured that the long-abandoned Eko FM project was completed without delay. Armed with his drive and leadership style, he increased the patronage of the station and also developed new businesses to generate more revenue.
Realising the stiff competition and shift of listeners to the FM Broadcasting style in the late 90s, he secured the approval of the Lagos State Government for the transfer of the old medium wave Radio Lagos to the FM band. Thus was born Radio Lagos 107.5 FM “Tiwantiwa”.
The station was positioned as the first all Yoruba FM Radio station in the Lagos area. It has been thriving since the year 2001.
In January 2002, he was appointed Permanent Secretary of the Lagos State Public service.
A change agent as he is fondly called, Lekan was posted to Lagos Television LTV in February 2005. History repeated itself with the positive transformation recorded during his 9-year tour of duty. In June 2008, he successfully led negotiations for the hosting of LTV signals on the DSTV national bouquet, (the first state-owned channel to be on DSTV).
In January 2014, Lekan was posted to the Parastatals Monitoring Office, Office of the Governor. Here he also brought his team-building skills to bear in the supervision of the 125 parastatals of the Lagos State Government.
He retired from the public service on attaining the statutory 35 years of service on the 29th of January, 2015.
He now serves as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Plus TV Africa, a 24-hour television station and hopes to up-skill the station and ensure that it becomes a channel that is the pride of Nigeria and, by extension, Africa.

Onoja, as is mostly known in the industry, is quite knowledgeable in the different broadcast patterns. His passion for Television broadcast has led him to various Television projects. His professional attitude towards quality broadcast standards cannot be overemphasized. He was part of the Team that launched Ebonylife Tv, a global black entertainment network on DSTV in Tinapa, Calabar, Cross River State in 2013, and has worked for Ebonylife Tv in Lagos, CNBC Africa, NN24, ONYX Tv, just to name a few.
He served in various capacities, as a broadcast engineer, head of technical operations, head of MCR operations etc. Trained by experts across the globe, he has good leadership, team spirit and management skills.
An alumnus of the Science Kuru Old Students Association, KOSA '98 and the Federal University of Technology Yola (FUTY), Adamawa State, Nigeria, he has rendered technical support to radio Gotel, Yola, he also taught at GSS Geire, he was part of the Flytime Tv production team for 3 Live Chicks, Rhythm Unplugged Port Harcourt edition etc.
With his slogan 'Learning is continuous…' he is open to new technology application in enhancing broadcast quality standards. Some of his hobbies include driving, traveling and cooking.
He currently heads transmission operations for Plus Tv Africa as Senior Transmission Director.

Born Ebibote Twinkle Okiy in the late 80's, he is a documentary filmmaker, content producer, video director, editor, on-air personality and founder Playhouse Africa.
This media and entertainment mogul, a Bayero University Kano Mechanical Engineering graduate started his media career in 2009 as content producer, director and editor at Talking drums media. He later worked as Head of creatives at other production outfits like Just Entertainment television Abuja, Finesse Entertainment Lagos and in 2014 went on to build his own mulitimedia giant called Playhouse Africa multimedia, an outfit that houses four studios in one location catering to the media needs of clients ranging from advertisements, documentaries, music video and audio productions, Drone services, equipment rentals, photography etc.
Twinkle has since made his mark in the industry earning him the title ‘Lagos Boss’ having created content for Chocolate city, Mall for Africa, Ice Prince, Africa Fashion Week, Nollywood, HouseRules etc.
Presently as Head of creatives at PLUS TV, he is putting in work to ensure satisfactory service delivery.

I am a news producer and broadcaster with over 16 years of experience in content creation, production, voice-over, reporting, newscasting, presentation on local and international stories. In addition, I have management experience having worked as the head of the political desk at Plus TV Africa, a news station and the Head of Presentation at Nigeria Info Port-Harcourt, a talk radio station where I championed and reported on #Stopthesoot an air pollution disaster from 2017 to 2018, which was caused by illegal crude oil mining. I also started an investigation on police brutality and the SARS killings in Port Harcourt.
I am also a proud alumnus of New York Film Academy where I studied broadcast journalism and a graduate of the University of Calabar with a bachelor’s degree in linguistics and communication. I believe with my experience and educational background; I bring value to the team by ensuring the production of quality content and reportage of the news in accordance with best practice. Also, I have exceptional communication and networking skills which enables me to work successfully in a team.
Similarly, throughout my career, I have been passionate about coverage of leadership, conflict resolution, women’s rights and gender-based issues. Emenike started from sound installation/set up from the University of Port Harcourt in the year 2005 during his Mechanical Engineering study.
After University he worked onboard these barges or rigs, Nobel Lloyd Noble, Noble Percy Johns, Jascon 2, Jascon 8, Jascon 37 etc, and because of his love for broadcasting, he usually works with the media department of The Living Faith Church whenever he is off duty.
For his love and affinity to the media, he became the head of the media team of The Living Faith Church, Bonsaac, where he does audiovisual set up, live streaming, audio mixing, audio editing, video switching, camera operation etc.
